DAYTON, Ohio - By refiling a case against the West Carrollton school board and superintendent alleging concealment of dangerous mold, a group of public school teachers and students says it hopes to simultaneously combat Ohio's restrictive sovereign immunity statute. Susan Googash, et al. v. West Carrollton Board of Education and Dr. Rusty Clifford, No. 02-485 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Montgomery Cty.).
