Design, Construction Defendants Embroiled in Additional Claims Over Mold in Texas Schools

BROWNSVILLE, Texas - In separate mold and construction defects suits involving several elementary and middle schools, the Brownsville Independent and San Benito Consolidated Independent school districts have sued many of the same defendants identified in petitions filed by Brownsville district students, parents and staff who have alleged personal injuries as a result to exposure to mold at the schools.
Common defendants to all three lawsuits include Stotler Construction Company, Coastal Engineering, Inc., Carroll Dusang and Rand, Inc., D. Wilson Construction Company, Inc., CRC Engineering, Inc., and Victoria Air Conditioning, Ltd.
