NEW ORLEANS - The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana affirmed a Magistrate Judge's order granting the plaintiffs' motion to amend their complaint to add two new defendants in a mold personal injury case filed against an insulation manufacturer. Haskal Herzog, et al. v. Johns Manville Products Corp., No. 02-1110, Section "L" (5) (D. La., E. Dist.).
In the meantime, the same plaintiffs filed an appeal to the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals from the District Court's order granting summary judgment to their homeowner's insurance company in their related bad faith case. Haskal Herzog, et al. …
