TOLEDO, Ohio - An appeals court affirmed a lower court's ruling that political subdivisions are immune from liability for employer intentional torts in a case involving allegations that employees of the Ottawa County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities were knowingly exposed to mold in the workplace.
