ROCHESTER, N.Y. - In one of two memorandum opinions entered Dec. 30, 2002, the Supreme Court of New York modified an order issued by the Supreme Court of Erie County and, in so doing, reinstated the complaint filed against the manufacturer of a fireproofing material that allegedly promoted mold growth.
