TYLER, Texas - A homebuilder, who had filed a defamation case against a broadcasting company and one of its reporters after being spotlighted in a television news report about mold contamination and flooding in a house he built, was unsuccessful in his appeal of the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants.
