Developer Sued Regarding 127 Homes With 'Flooded Crawl Spaces' and 'Thriving Mold'

BOISE, Idaho - Two separate class action lawsuits have been filed against a prominent engineering and development company claiming that, as a result of its negligence and misfeasance, numerous homes in the Leo's Rosecreek Subdivisions in southwest Idaho have suffered from inadequate drainage, water inundations, and mold growth.
The two class actions were filed by separate Idaho law firms concerning the same homes, which have allegedly suffered water-damage and mold growth due to lack of drainage measures and inadequate soil and groundwater studies.
