WASHINGTON - Two lawsuits filed against the developers of The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton allege that shoddy workmanship and construction delays led to a series of leaks and floodings, which subsequently caused mold growth in the up-scale condominium building. Alyson Gannon, individually and as parent and legal guardian of Andrew Gannon v. 2200 M Street, L.L.C., et al., No. 1:02CV02125 (D. D.C.) and Pauline Johnson-Brown and Lara Michelle Brown v. 2200 M Street, L.L.C., et al., No. 1:02CV01756 (D. D.C.).
