BURGAW, N.C. - On Nov. 13 and Nov. 14, two class action complaints were filed against a North Carolina county education board alleging that students at two different schools in the county are suffering from various illnesses caused by exposure to mold.

The two lawsuits concern students at an elementary school [Angela Spearman, et al. v.
