LANCASTER, Pa. - Concerns over the potential migration of moisture through cavities in the masonry of McCaskey East High School in Lancaster, Pa., combined with observable mold in several locations, have added microbiological health safety questions to an existing construction defects case. School District of Lancaster v. Cost Company, et al., No. CI-01-09785 (Pa. C. P., Lancaster Cty.).
