TUCSON, Ariz. - The parents of two infants who died less than two weeks apart allege that the babies' deaths are due to exposure to excessive levels of toxic mold in their nearby apartment units. Alicia Swiegart, et al. v. Wasatch Property Management, Inc., et al., No. C20024542 (Ariz. Super. Ct., Pima Cty.).

The parents filed a Sept. 13 complaint against the apartment complex owners and other defendants, alleging that the sudden deaths of their young children within 12 days of each other were directly related to high concentrations of mold in the two apartments.
