photo-1David Ball, Ph.D., is a nationally-known trial consultant and president of Jury Watch, Inc., a North Carolina jury and trial consulting firm. Dr. Ball specializes in focus groups and mock trials, voir dire, case analysis and presentation, and advocacy skills training. He teaches lawyers for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and trains attorneys in North Carolina for the Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Bar Foundation.
