Plaintiffs File Motions to Compel Against Insurer and Contractor in Bad Faith/Fraud Mold Case

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - An Alabama circuit court has upheld the plaintiffs' motions to compel against all the defendants named in a bad faith/fraud suit concerning a mold-contaminated Birmingham home. James W. Wood and Sandra Wood v. Farmers Insurance Group, et al., No. CV02-2676 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
