Farmers' Request for a Temporary Injunction Seeking Confidentiality of Certain Documents Is Denied

AUSTIN, Texas - In a case filed by the State of Texas against Farmers Group, one of the five largest insurance providers in that state, a request by Farmers for a temporary injunction to keep certain documents confidential by having them termed "trade secrets" has been denied by the state district court.
