AUSTIN, Texas - In a case filed by the State of Texas against Farmers Group, one of the five largest insurance providers in that state, a request by Farmers for a temporary injunction to keep certain documents confidential by having them termed "trade secrets" has been denied by the state district court. The State of Texas and the Texas Commissioner of Insurance v. Farmers Group, Inc., et al., No. GV202501 (Texas Dist. Ct., 261st Jud. Dist., Travis Cty.)
