Town Sues Roofing Contractor And Architect for Mold that Caused Bulldozing of School

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - After reaching a settlement of $1.2 million with its insurance company over water- and mold-damage at a local elementary school, the Town of Fairfield, Conn., filed suit against the roofing contractor and architect allegedly responsible for the conditions that resulted in the ultimate demolition of the school.
