BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - After reaching a settlement of $1.2 million with its insurance company over water- and mold-damage at a local elementary school, the Town of Fairfield, Conn., filed suit against the roofing contractor and architect allegedly responsible for the conditions that resulted in the ultimate demolition of the school. Town of Fairfield v. Commercial Roofing and Contracting, Inc., et al., No. n/a (Conn. Super. Ct., Fairfield Jud. Dist. at Bridgeport).
