Defendants' Special Order Granted Requiring Causation to Be Shown Before Liability Discovery Is Done

SINTON, Texas - A district court in Texas granted the defendants' request for general and specific causation to be shown by experts before liability discovery can be conducted in a wrongful death case concerning two individuals who died in a nursing center, allegedly due to exposure to toxic mold.
