AUBURN, Calif. - While an appeals court affirmed a trial court's ruling that the causal link between mold exposure and personal injury was too tenuous to impose liability on the defendants in a landlord/tenant dispute, the appeals court also ruled that the question of habitability of the rental property must be determined by the trial court.
