DAYTON, Ohio - What constitutes a reasonable amount of time for a landlord to repair an apartment infiltrated by water, sewage and mold hinges on the severity of the conditions within the apartment, regardless of the 30-day repair limit, an Ohio appeals court ruled. Tammy Stiffler, plaintiff-appellee v. Canterbury Runn Apts., defendant-appellant, No. 19308 (Ohio Ct. App., 2nd App. Dist., Montgomery Cty.).
