Worker's Compensation Case May Lead to Civil Actions Concerning Mold-Contaminated Courthouse

LEXINGTON, S.C. - South Carolina's Lexington County courthouse, already shut down once for mold remediation last year, was closed again Aug. 9 pending results of further testing in light of a worker's compensation claim filed by solicitor's case manager Linda W.
