Winery Sues Landlord for Allegedly Allowing Mold Spores to Contaminate Wine Products

CLEARWATER, Fla. - On Aug. 8, a Florida winery sued the owner of the strip mall in which it had rented space for its warehouse and production operation, alleging that the owner's failure to maintain the roof and prevent mold contamination constituted a breach of the lease agreement.
