The State of Texas Sues Farmers For Deceptive, Discriminatory Homeowners Insurance Practices

AUSTIN, Texas - The State of Texas and the Texas Commissioner of Insurance filed a petition and application for permanent injunction Aug. 5 against Farmers Group, Inc., and its subsidiaries for deceptive, misleading and discriminatory homeowners insurance practices.
