Summary Judgment Affirmed on Behalf of State Farm in Case Excluding Mold Damage to Home

ST. PAUL, Minn. - A Minnesota couple was unsuccessful in their appeal of a lower court's granting of summary judgment on behalf of their insurance company in a case concerning mold growth due to continuous or repeated plumbing leaks.
