OSKALOOSA, Kan. - All four defendants' motions for summary judgment were denied July 18 in a case concerning personal injury allegedly caused by the mold contamination of a family's new home. Jerome George, et al. v. Bryant-Ratliff Construction Company, Inc., et al., No. 00CV04924 (Kan. Dist. Ct., Johnson Cty.).
The denial of the defendants' motions for summary judgment opens the way for testimony by the plaintiffs' medical experts at the trial scheduled for Sept. 9.
