Controversy Surrounds Dryvit EIFS Settlement as 'Opt Out' Deadline Approaches

DANDRIDGE, Tenn. - As the Sept. 3 "opt out" deadline approaches in a class action settlement agreement between synthetic stucco manufacturer Dryvit Systems, Inc. and owners of EIFS-clad homes in states other than North Carolina, there is disagreement over the benefits of the agreement terms for homeowners.
