Homeowners Association Prevails In Mold Case Against Builder; Jury Returns $7.8 Million Verdict

SANTA ANA, Calif. - A jury awarded the Breakers at Bear Brand homeowners association $7.8 million for construction defects that led to water intrusion and mold growth in the 180-unit condominium development built by Shea Homes of Southern California.
