SAN DIEGO - Repairs are being scheduled for the mold- and construction defect-ridden Pacific Regent La Jolla Residential Condominium Tower now that the sole remaining defendant settled with the owners' association following a $674,520 jury verdict returned in favor of the plaintiffs. Pacific Regent La Jolla Residential Condominium Association v. Law Crandall, Inc., et al., No., 729491 (Calif. Super. Ct., San Diego Cty.).
