Class Action Certification Ruling Delayed Due to Discovery Dispute

GENEVA, Ill. - The motion for class certification filed by high school students, former students, and staff who claim they are suffering from illnesses caused by exposure to mold at St. Charles East High School remains in limbo as attorneys wrangle over discovery issues. Steinberg, et al. v. Community Unit School District 303, No. 01-CH-K-334 & 01-LK-150 (Ill. Cir. Ct., Kane Cty.).
