Medical Experts Survive Frye and Testify on Relationship Between Mold and Cognitive Impairment

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A Pennsylvania court this week said it would allow the entire testimony of medical experts on the causal relationship between cognitive impairment and mold exposure in a case filed by homeowners against the adjuster hired to inspect their storm-damaged house. Seymour Traub and Susan K. Traub v. Crawford & Company, et al., No. 1995-C-153 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Lehigh Cty.).
