September Trial Scheduled for First 'Toxic Mold' Case in Kansas

OSKALOOSA, Kan. - A Sept. 9 trial date has been scheduled in what one plaintiffs' attorney called the first "toxic mold" case to go to trial in the state of Kansas where claims of mold-related personal injury are involved. Jerome George, et al. v. Bryant-Ratliff Construction Company, Inc., et al., No. 00CV04924 (Kan. Dist. Ct., Johnson Cty.).
