Contractor Denies That It Was Hired by Insurer to Repair Mold-Contaminated Home

BESSEMER, Ala. - On June 10, a contractor named as a defendant in a bad faith/fraud suit concerning a mold-contaminated Birmingham home, filed an answer denying that it was hired by co-defendant Farmers Insurance Group to perform repairs at the home in question.
