MINEOLA, N.Y. - A New York court has granted in part a home inspector's motion for sanctions against a homeowner that went ahead with repairs to an allegedly mold-damaged home without providing adequate advance notice to defendants, but refused to dismiss the complaint. Dori, et ux. v. Rabco Engineering P.C., et al., No. 77819/2008 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
