Summary Judgment for Teacher Accused of Negligent Supervision

MINEOLA, N.Y. - A student who alleges that she fainted because of poor ventilation and mold in a classroom cannot prevail against the teacher on a claim of negligent supervision but can pursue her injury claim against the school district, a New York court has ruled.
