MINEOLA, N.Y. - A student who alleges that she fainted because of poor ventilation and mold in a classroom cannot prevail against the teacher on a claim of negligent supervision but can pursue her injury claim against the school district, a New York court has ruled. Lermsider, et al. v. Bellmore Merrick Central High School District, et al., No. 001480/2009 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
