Homeowner Sues Builder Again After It Allegedly Failed to Meet Settlement Obligations for Repair of Mold-Contaminated House

HAMILTON, Ohio - Almost four years after reaching a settlement agreement with a building company hired to repair her mold-contaminated home, an Ohio woman has sued the builder again, alleging that the house remains uninhabitable and that she has suffered bodily injury as a result. Sheila A. Marshall v. Henry Fisher Builders, Inc nka Fischer Management, Inc., No. CV-2001-12-2851 (Ohio C. P., Butler Cty.).
