GALVESTON, Texas - A federal judge has denied a motion by two Texas homeowners who sought to add non-diverse defendants to their mold-related lawsuit against State Farm Lloyds allegedly in an effort to keep the case in state court. Lisa Lewis and Jimmy L. Lewis v. State Farm Lloyds, No. G-02-246 (D. Texas, S. Dist., Galveston Div.).
