CLEVELAND - An Ohio appellate court has affirmed summary judgment for a real estate broker and buyer's agent who were among defendants sued by homebuyers after they discovered mold during home renovations. Wolk, et al. v. Paino, et al., No. 94850 (Ohio Ct. App., 8th Dist.).
Ohio's Eighth Appellate District on March 10 affirmed the decision by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that Katherine Wolk and other appellants were sufficiently informed about the benefits of a pre-sale inspection before waiving that right.
