NEW YORK - A New York appellate court has reversed a trial court's denial of summary judgment in a mold exposure case, saying that plaintiffs failed to offer sufficient evidence linking their illnesses to mold. Cubas, et al. v. Clifton & Classon Apt. Corp., et al., No. 2010/03277 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., App. Div., 2nd Dept.).

The New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Department, issued the ruling for Clifton & Classon Apartment Corp., and other defendants on March 1.
