CLEVELAND - Defendants preparing for the next welding fume MDL trial have asked the trial court to bar plaintiff's chosen neurologist, saying that not only was the designation untimely but it could force plaintiffs to defend against a diagnosis of Parkinson's instead of manganism. Street v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 1:06-cv-17026 [In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
