MDL Defendants See Plaintiff's Expert Pick as Change in Diagnosis

CLEVELAND - Defendants preparing for the next welding fume MDL trial have asked the trial court to bar plaintiff's chosen neurologist, saying that not only was the designation untimely but it could force plaintiffs to defend against a diagnosis of Parkinson's instead of manganism.
