MINEOLA, N.Y. - A New York trial judge has granted a stone supplier's motion for summary judgment on warranty claims raised in a construction defect suit after concluding that the decorative veneer at issue was installed and performed as intended. Archstone, et al. v. Tocci Building Corporation of New Jersey Inc., et al., No. 001018/2008 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
