Court Dismisses Warranty Claims Against Complex's Stone Siding Supplier

MINEOLA, N.Y. - A New York trial judge has granted a stone supplier's motion for summary judgment on warranty claims raised in a construction defect suit after concluding that the decorative veneer at issue was installed and performed as intended.
