RIVERHEAD, N.Y. - A New York trial court has denied summary judgment sought by the owner of a bed and breakfast, its insurer and two intermediaries that procured the policy at issue in a mold coverage action. Femia v. Graphic Arts Mutual Insurance Co., No. 3069/2006 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Suffolk Cty.).

Suffolk County (N.Y.) Supreme Court Justice Jeffrey A. Spinner ruled on Dec. 30 that there are sufficient factual issues remaining to deny each of the parties' motion.
