NEW YORK - A New York trial court has denied a teacher's motion to reargue the court's decision to dismiss her mold exposure claims and award summary judgment to city and school officials. Colacino, et ux. v. The City of New York, et al., No. 100826/2005 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Richmond Cty.).
