GENEVA, Ill. - A third lawsuit related to mold contamination and other environmental conditions at St. Charles East High School in St. Charles, Ill., has been filed by former student. Catherine Pittman v. Community Unit School District 303, a Unit of Local Government, No. 02-LK-142 (Ill. Cir. Ct., Kane Cty.).
The class action, filed March 22 in Kane County Circuit Court, alleges that Catherine Pittman was forced to leave St. Charles, allegedly because of illnesses allegedly caused by the environmental conditions at the school.
