MINEOLA, N.Y. - A New York trial court has dismissed a lawsuit against homebuyers and a real estate agent who averred that she was a "broker" in an affidavit in a related lawsuit, saying the plaintiff home sellers failed to support their damage claim or show that any misrepresentations were part of a "larger fraudulent scheme." Corcoran, et ux. v. Giampetruzzi, et al., No. 012393/2010 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Nassau Cty.).
