SAN DIEGO - A trial court applied the wrong statute and erred in ordering a condominium owners' association pursuing testing data to agree to a confidentiality agreement written by the defendant manufacturer, the California Court of Appeal has ruled. Seahaus La Jolla Owners Association v. Superior Court of San Diego County (Weyerhaeuser Co., et al., Real Parties in Interest), No. D058237 (Calif. Ct. App., 4th Dist.).
