Court Orders Condo Owner to Allow Association to Inspect, but not Repair

SAN DIEGO - A California appellate panel has partially affirmed a preliminary injunction allowing a condominium association to inspect a privately owned unit for plumbing and mold problems, but the court reversed the the order insofar as it allowed the association to unilaterally make repairs. Discovery at Cortez Hill Homeowners Association v. Noble, No. D056397 (Calif. Ct. App., 4th Dist.).
