Court Orders Condo Owner to Allow Association to Inspect, but not Repair




SAN DIEGO - A California appellate panel has partially affirmed a preliminary injunction allowing a condominium association to inspect a privately owned unit for plumbing and mold problems, but the court reversed the the order insofar as it allowed the association to unilaterally make repairs.
