NEW BRITAIN, Conn. - Connecticut General Life Insurance Company has accused Zurich American Insurance Company and Travelers Insurance Company of delay tactics in their response to a motion filed in a declaratory judgment action filed in Connecticut that will determine the insurers' duty to defend plaintiffs in a case concerning a mold-contaminated apartment building in Texas.
