TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appellate court has affirmed various orders limiting homeowners' mold coverage to the policy's $50,000 limit and rejecting an amended claim for water infiltration and personal property damage for lack of evidence. Petrick, et ux. v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., No. A-1152-09T3 (N.J. Super. Ct., App. Div.).
The Superior Court of New Jersey's Appellate Division issued its per curiam opinion in favor of State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. on August 13, rejecting an appeal from the Ocean County Superior Court by William and Tanja Petrick.
