NEW YORK - A New York trial court has granted a school department motion for summary judgment, finding that a teacher claiming mold-related illness failed to support the claim with proof of causation. Colacino, et ux. v. The City of New York, et al., No. 100826/2005 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Richmond Cty.).
