PHOENIX - An Arizona appellate court has reversed summary judgment awarded landlords in about several dozen personal injury mold cases filed by tenants in a Tucson, Ariz., apartment complex, but plaintiffs were only partly successful in challenging rulings on expert testimony. Mason, et al. v. Eastside Place Apartments Inc., et al., No. 1 CA-CV 09-0155 (Ariz. Ct. App., Div. 1).
