NEW ORLEANS - The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana has denied an insurer's motion for summary judgment on grounds that alleged bodily injury due to inhalation of mold spores that occurred repeatedly during multiple policy years may trigger coverage. Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company v. James E. Ravannack, Civil Action No. 00-1209, Section T(4) (D. La.).
