Travelers Appeals Decision to Remand Construction Defect Case

SHREVEPORT, La. - Travelers Property Casualty Company of America has appealed a federal magistrate judge's ruling that a construction defect case must be remanded, contending that the federal district court should sever the coverage dispute from the underlying defect claims.
