SHREVEPORT, La. - Travelers Property Casualty Company of America has appealed a federal magistrate judge's ruling that a construction defect case must be remanded, contending that the federal district court should sever the coverage dispute from the underlying defect claims. Akshar 6 LLC, et al. v. Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America, et al., No. 09-cv-01942 (W.D. La.).
